Panel Tools Online is a new online tooling retailer specifically for the flat panel industry. Their website is stocked to the virtual brim with an extensive range of premium, European tooling to satisfy the needs of Australian joineries, shopfitters, cabinet makers and more.
Powered by Accurate Australia, industry leaders in tooling supplies for the timber processing and manufacturing sector, Panel Tools Online assures busy customers of saving time and money with no waiting for quotes, rapid checkout, express delivery, automated tracking updates, instant reorder features and competitive prices 365 days a year.
Supplier’s Ronnie Gramazio had a quick chat to Craig Honeyman, the Director and co-founder of Panel Tools Online, recently at their official launch at AWISA 2018 in Sydney.
With an extensive range of panel tools, including router bits and cutters, collets, chucks, saw blades, boring bits, turn over knives and much more, Craig Honeyman and his team at Panel Tools Online are very busy these days to say the least. If the reception to their launch at AWISA 2018 was anything to go by, there is a thirst in the industry for something new.
Craig took time out to introduce his team when I visited him at AWISA in July, including young prodigy and co-founder, Fraser Killen, and Marketing Manager Jarryd Biddle, who were all busy demonstrating what Panel Tools are all about to new customers who swamped the very-impressive stand.
Craig is ex-Weinig, and believes that a very systemised organisation is critical to the success of a company, particularly to Panel Tools Online whose ethos is “never settle for mediocrity and business acumen is critical”.
The immediacy and up-to-date philosophy of this company is crucial, according to Craig and his team, and so is the development of social media and “interaction”. Interacting with the industry and customers is the company’s main focus these days and delivering top-notch customer service and ultimately providing the best tooling solution for the ever-evolving industry.
I couldn’t count the amount of times that Craig and his team used the word “communication”, as we all know this is key to the success of any business, and it is clear that Panel Tools Online are on a very clear and successful path due to pitch-perfect communication and understanding the pain points in the industry.
Adapting to this new and ever-changing market is the focus right now for Craig, Fraser and Jarryd, and providing “immediate” service to their customers is paramount.
