American Textile Company and Tempur Sealy International have reached a licensing deal that will allow American Textile to develop and distribute Tempur-Pedic branded sleep products featuring Tempur-Pedic’s signature adaptive features. The product line will include sheets, mattress pads and protectors, blankets, and comforters manufactured by American Textile.

The deal comes at a time of major growth for the sleep industry with new research, sleep tracking apps, and smart fabrics fuelling interest in the USD13 billion bedding category. Tempur-Pedic’s strength as an innovator in the mattress industry and American Textile’s reputation for high-quality textiles and manufacturing is expected to translate to consumer demand in a new line of Tempur-Pedic products.
