Trufix Cabinetmaking Pty Ltd is a growing business which has embraced the latest technology with the purchase of a Anderson Spectra CNC from I & J Machinery Sales Pty Ltd as well as Cabinet Vision software from Planit.

In a little over six months Trufix’s Dean and Michelle have expanded their business from a husband and wife team to a total of five staff, with increased production from one to over four kitchens a week.
The majority of the work done by Dean and Michelle is for the insurance sector, so the jobs are all unique and time sensitive. Cabinet vision from Planit Software has given Trufix Cabinetmaking the flexibility they need, while the Anderson CNC looks after the production.

“I can’t believe how much work we put through this small factory. Now we can cut one day and install the next,” said Dean, who added, “Big jobs or small, it’s so quick, even on a small vanity we save heaps of time.”

Michelle can run the Anderson CNC when the guys are busy installing. She said: “How hard can it be – you only need to load a file and press the button. We only need to run the machine a few days a week and it’s great to know that we have the extra production capacity if and when we need it”.

Dean and Michelle are delighted to say that they are very happy with their machine and would like to thank Ian Patterson from I & J Machinery Sales Pty Ltd and Alan Gibson from Planit Software for their help and support with setting up the system along with their continued service.

For over 38 years in Western Australia, I & J Machinery Sales Pty Ltd has offered a wide range of high quality machinery sourced from around the world.
